Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged to ship as flat as possible to reduce shipping costs to our customers.  Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase and are shipped using Canada Post. Flat rate shipping available across Canada for $5.00. Over sizes items such as cuff bracelets and bangles may have a shipping surcharge of $10.00. 

 

Clients local to Gatineau or Pontiac Quebec can select the free porch pick up option if they would rather pick up their purchases in person. Once an order is placed you will be contacted within 48 hours to book a time and date to come pick up your purchase at my studio. 

 

Orders being shipped to the United States of America will be shipped through Canada Post and then transferred to USPS upon arrival into the US.  Flat rate shipping for US orders is $15.00
